We are currently experiencing delays with attendee refunds due to processing issues at our payment provider. The refunds have already been initiated from our system and are currently being processed by the provider.

This affects attendees who made a payment before February 26, where the refund was initiated after February 26.
Our team is actively monitoring the situation with the provider. All affected refunds will be completed as soon as the processing is finalized.

We will provide an update once more information becomes available.
