The PHP security update is installed and file uploads work again.

Identified

A critical security vulnerability in PHP, the programming language behind parts of Checkin, was announced today. As a precaution we have temporarily disabled file uploads, such as Excel imports, certificate logos and email attachments. Ticket sales, registration, payments and check-in work as normal. We will turn uploads back on once the security update from PHP is installed, which we expect later today.
