We experienced an API outage affecting multiple parts of the Checkin platform. During the incident, customers may have encountered errors or unavailable functionality across event management, registrations, payments, and integrations.

The outage lasted for approximately 5 minutes before service was restored.

All services are now operating normally, and no further impact is expected.

Scope: Most Checkin services were affected during the incident. All affected services have since been restored.
